∎ Skills Required: Personal Secretary

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
∎ Arrange & manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
∎ Screening phone calls, enquirers and requests, and handling them when appropriate
∎ Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
∎ Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
∎ Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of Deputy Managing Director
∎ Carrying out background research and presenting findings
∎ Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
∎ Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
∎ Liaison with construction projects, engineers and concerned staffs
∎ Carry out any other job as assigned time to time by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with experience in Real Estate Industry will be given preference
∎ Should have strong leadership capability & team building efficiency
∎ Exceptional written and oral communication skills
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) both in Bangle and English
∎ Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
∎ Desire to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure
