∎ B.Sc in EEE/ME/IPE, Having MBA/PGDSCM will be given preference. .

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Foreign procurement, Purchase/ Procurement, steel industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with procurement concerns and buyers to source the right products.
∎ Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
∎ Negotiate contract terms and pricing.
∎ Prepare Comparative statements, Purchase Orders for approval from Management.
∎ Oversee product storage, handling and distribution.
∎ Following up with vendors to ensure smooth delivery of material and ensuring optimal inventory levels.
∎ Ensure timely procurement in compliance with procurement policies.
∎ Work with various departments to determine product types and quantities required.
∎ Track orders from placement to payment.
∎ keep records of products ordered and delivered.
∎ Prepare various reports as per Management Requirements.
∎ Providing innovative ideas in business strategy and program change and development.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the head of department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Very strong communication and negotiating skill in Bangla & English.
∎ Well conversant with ERP (especially ORACLE software).
∎ Should be smart, energetic, intelligent, hardworking and honest.
∎ Well conversant with Computer literacy.
∎ Analytical mind set and goal oriented personality.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
