∎ Candidates must have at least 2 years practical experience in relevant fields particularly in assessing valuation of land & building properties.
∎ Candidates must know how to drive motorcycle and also must have valid motorcycle driving license.
∎ Candidates must be physically fit & energetic and strong willingness for traveling/visits to different sites/clients.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The job requires extensive site visits to prepare technical reports on valuation of lands and building properties, estimate rental income of the properties, verification of client’s profile & its related various works and generate different relevant reports from the database of the Company.
