∎ Bachelor Degree or equivalent degree in any discipline.
Job Context:
∎ A Leading Group of Companies is looking for " Assistant Officer / Officer - Store "
∎ Job Location: Savar (Near EPZ)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enter data from source documents into a prescribed ERP format.
∎ Check completed work for accuracy.
∎ Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking of accessories as per procedure.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
∎ Ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Keep inventory control while ensuring minimum stock level.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ 2+ years' experience in a similar position.
∎ Should have experience in data entry (English & Bangla) in Textile/Spinning Industries Warehouse.
∎ Excellent typing speed.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package (Word & Excel).
∎ Having experience in Inventory Management Software or ERP and its SOP.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
Salary:
∎ Salary Range: Fixed
