Educational Requirements:
∎ Hons/Masters/BBA/MBA From Reputed University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Input Demand Note, Purchase Order, update complete payment Note in the Demand Note progress file.
∎ Correspondence with vendor during foreign purchase.
∎ Follow up foreign consignment.
∎ Shipping documents collection from foreign vendor & documents evaluation as per regulation from EXIM.
∎ Directing operator at unloading Point & unload foreign consignment.
∎ Tracking foreign shipment & documents via internet.
∎ Arrange Goods delivery to user Department and collect MRR.
∎ Submit Payment Note to accounts.
∎ Searching new vendor to get more competitive price.
∎ Communication with EXIM Team to arrange BEPZA Permission and custom clearance.
∎ To coordinate and maintain Effective communication with Vendors/Suppliers.
∎ Any other task assigned by the department manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Good Communication skill.
∎ Import procedure & Custom Regulation.
