Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all kinds of correspondence and updated all information.
∎ All kinds of Email drafting and respond to emails as much as possible, dealing with appointments, and all types of queries.
∎ Arrange internal and external meetings.
∎ Compose and type agendas and correspondence for special events, meetings and development activities.
∎ Liaise, coordinate and maintain public relations with various Govt. Agencies, Trade Associations, and other multinational & local companies
∎ Assist & coordinate with travel service management including visa documentation & processing, airline ticketing, hotel accommodation, Transport etc.
∎ Assist Sr. Manager, Corporate Communication at his day-to-day activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Candidate must be good looking/smart
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic
∎ Fully computer literate and good command over MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email correspondences and internet browsing.
