∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates with 3rd class/division or CGPA below 2.75 in any public examination need not apply.
∎ Assist The Deputy Registrar (Admin) in day to day activities
∎ Provide administrative support to the Registrar Office.
∎ Maintain databases and stakeholder records on the computer.
∎ Assist in preparing the various proposal for Admin sector.
∎ Receive and dispatch all kinds of official documents.
∎ Assist with the Procurement Department.
∎ Prepare Office Notes, Memos and other documentation
∎ Communicate with different departments within and outside the university.
∎ Supervise OSS.
∎ Receive phone calls and connect with concerned officials.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the University Authority and Management and respective departments from time to time.
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy and proficiency in English, both oral and written are essential for the position.
∎ Soft skills, emotional intelligence and pleasant personality are essential.
∎ Candidates with experience will receive priority.
