Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance for all factory machinery and utilities.
∎ Support the execution of maintenance tasks by coordinating with technicians and share progress report to section head .
∎ Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment faults and implement basic corrective actions.
∎ Maintain accurate record of maintenance activities, machine histories and spare parts usage.
∎ Coordinate with production teams to ensure maintenance work aligns with production schedules and operational needs.
∎ Monitor the availability of spare parts and consumables.
∎ Continuously develop technical skills through on-the-job learning and training programs.
∎ Any other job assigned by management.
