Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure test requisitions and samples comply with SOPs, methods, and client requirements before laboratory testing.
∎ Ensure the testing laboratory operates in accordance with ISO 17025.
∎ Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with technical standards and environmental conditions.
∎ Coordinate with laboratory staff on test-related matters and maintain proper housekeeping.
∎ Investigate complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
∎ Organize training programs, quality checks, and proficiency testing for laboratory staff.
∎ Review raw data, finalize reports, and ensure accurate data transfer.
∎ Maintain communication with buyers, address technical queries, and attend customer meetings.
