Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecasting major materials (In terms of requirements & quantity).
∎ Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards
∎ Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed
∎ Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps
∎ Focus on safety, cost management and business growth in all interactions and directives
∎ Optimize warehouse functions
∎ Handle communications and negotiations with external suppliers
∎ Manage relationships critical to success the overall purchasing strategy.
∎ Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
∎ Material Requirements planning (Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half-Yearly Yearly).
∎ Ensures smooth supply of materials for construction site.
∎ Follow up delivery planning and co-operate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and Employees to ensure Service Level Agreements, and on time delivery of goods.
∎ Develop, plan and implement effective and efficient supply chain management functions, with a focus on procurement and outsourcing.
∎ Develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts and supply agreements for different procurement and service level agreement in collaboration with other functional business departments.
∎ Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures of the organization, ethical practices, Code of Conduct and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Forecast supply vulnerabilities and implement plans to ensure continuity of supply
∎ Manage commercial relationships to ensure reliable supply and appropriate resolution of any disputes that arise related to supply.
∎ Periodically Monitoring Product distributions & inventory management at projects

∎ Age at most 40 years
