Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of daily activities of the warehouse;
∎ Train and manage warehouse team by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results;
∎ Reconciliation of SR-Issue on weekly basis;
∎ Management of all records, and submission of reports accordingly;
∎ Characterization of 'slow-moving' and 'non-moving' inventory; take measures accordingly;
∎ Deal with customer queries and complaints;
∎ Maintaining Liaison with head office Procurement & Operation Department;
∎ Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security procedures;
∎ Regularizing Monthly Wastage sale in coordination with concerned HO Personnel;
∎ Keeping all document properly of Wastage Sales;
∎ Timely indenting of all materials considering Lead time, Minimum Stock & Safety Stock;
∎ Maintaining FIFO system for all materials;
∎ Physical Inventory & Software Inventory must always match;
∎ Goods received quantity must be physically validated during receiving and MRR must be as per physical receiving ;
∎ Identifying wastage areas and taking necessary precautions to prevent wastages;
∎ Supervision of wastage disposal in correct manner;
∎ Submit monthly reports on Item wise Wastage generation/sale, Nonmoving/Slow moving, receive vs Issue vs Stock Reconciliations, Target vs Achieved on Cost Control etc;
∎ Ensuring Vat Challan Transfer to Concern dept;
∎ Physical Weight checking while materials are received in Kg for ensuring accuracy & maintain Document accordingly;
