∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Civil Engineering /Post graduation in relevant subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Comparative Statements and Analyzing rate Quotations, Perform negotiation
∎ Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets
∎ Review contractors, assign timely according to project demand
∎ Coordinate with Project engineer, Contractors and follow up manpower as per demand
∎ Rate analysis, review with all stake holders and issue WO accordingly
∎ Market research, study about Contractors' current rate review with existing rates
∎ Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6-12 years' experience required in relevant field
∎ Age 30 to 35 years preferred
∎ Experience in purchase management/market survey/price negotiation with vendor
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
∎ Candidates with B.Sc. Engineering from BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, SUST, AUST, MIST or other reputed private universities will be given preference
∎ Candidates with Diploma Engineering from reputed polytechnic institutes will be given preference
∎ Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference
