Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in Mechanical Engineering. Master degree is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant mechanical equipment as required to support plant operation.
∎ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
∎ Issuing requisition for work / spare parts and supplies with ERP system.
∎ Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability of equipment and maintain a clean, safe plant environment.
∎ Train and develop other employees in maintenance skills.
∎ Assist in Maintenance budget planning and control.
∎ Cross train in Mechanical and l&C as time permits.
∎ Collaborate effectively with other Mechanical maintenance engineers, as well as Electrical, I&C engineers to ensure seamless plant operation.
∎ Assist in the update of drawings and prints as changes are made.
∎ Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly, coordinating with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
∎ Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and potential issues.
∎ Maintain positive community relations.
∎ Continuously monitor equipment performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improving reliability and efficiency.
∎ Evaluate all data to determine maintenance schedules to optimize Plant operation.
∎ Maintain emergency recovery organization system for unexpected emergency situation of plant.
∎ Proactively participate in and contribute to the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018 programs.
∎ Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements related to mechanical maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to read, write and understand instructions and procedures
∎ Understanding on technology of Combined Cycle Power Plant (such as GE F-class GT machines)
∎ Awareness of importance of HSE compliance
∎ Good English writing skill for preparing manuals, procedures and reports
