∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, Organizing & Monitoring air, sea and land border custom operation.
∎ Proper implementation of the policies and also is a part of audit team to find gaps and provide time to time solutions
∎ Monitoring commercial connections and daily follow up for the held back shipments at customs in both cargo and express mode
∎ Maintain SLA for each and every shipment to be clearance at customer premises within scheduled time.
∎ Manage and perform ongoing analysis to work with appropriate teams to develop and improve scheduling methodologies and systems
∎ Manage and improve scheduling metrics to identify trends and shortcomings and drive scheduling accuracy
∎ Facilitate communication and coordination with different teams and coordinate for the creation of a schedule that meets all stakeholder's expectations and concerns
∎ Responsible for all the SLA's & TAT are maintained.
∎ Responsible for reduction in cost and increase in productivity for the region/facility
∎ Finalization of gateway manpower and resource planning for both land, air and sea custom gateways
∎ Handles manpower planning, fleet management, load feeding based on fleet plan for the DPCs team
∎ Plans and monitors incoming bags, inbound & outbound TAT performance in PCs
∎ Manages pickups from clients/vendors, processing (2hrs) and connection to respective cities
∎ Ensures customer satisfaction and reduces client escalation by monitoring that the queries, issues & grievances are taken care of within time.
∎ Responsible for preparing and manage P&L for each gateways
∎ Impart behavioural & soft skills training to the team as and when required.
∎ Ideate new product categories for clearance
∎ Thorough understanding of trade compliance and custom regulation is a must
∎ Monitoring custom compliance parameters across region and ensures smooth movement
∎ Be the POC for Trade and Customs matters in the country for
∎ • brokers, agents, customs authorities, chamber of commerce and other third parties
∎ • Speedaf subs and entities, and
∎ • Suppliers/Factories of Speedaf within the country/region
∎ to resolve problems and obtain necessary clarification of questions relating to trade and customs
∎ Assist implementation of new and existing processes, guidelines and procedures, assigned countries and assigned sites
∎ Support Global Trade Compliance team in duty optimization topics, focusing on the country/region
∎ Support the Global Trade Compliance team in developing and deploying trade compliance programs and procedures. Act as the primary person responsible for implementation and oversight of the Speedaf subsidiary in the country
∎ Consult with the Global Trade Compliance team and outside counsel as needed to resolve difficult legal compliance issues
∎ Collaborate with Speedaf Stakeholders across geographies to formulate strategy, seek automation opportunities and leverage technologies.
∎ Work with Speedaf’s internal technology teams to develop thoughtful scalable creative compliance business processes and leverage data to improve Compliance at Speedaf.
∎ Design, Implement and track KIP's of Courier/3PL Network Strategy based on rapid scale of built-up with cost efficiencies.
∎ Completely own lead new Project/Program initiatives - Design systems SOP around new initiatives, Pilot Implementation with continuous KPI Tracking RoI of the Initiatives.
∎ Understands work flows of different LMS (Logistics Management System) CRM- s, OMS (order management system), Ticketing Systems improvise/redesign.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
∎ Professional English level (written and spoken) is mandatory
∎ Proficient in analytical & presentation skills
∎ Should be using Process Mapping tools like, Visio & Process Builders for designing
∎ Custom broker license mandatory
