∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Possess in-depth knowledge of structural design and the finishing stages of construction projects.
∎ Prepare and implement project schedules to achieve targets set by the management.
∎ Act as a supervision level and liaison, ensuring effective coordination between management and project teams.
∎ Ensure quality control throughout the project, adhering to standards set by the management.
∎ Report on project status, progress, and revisions to project schedules as necessary
∎ Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and project timelines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare detailed measurements, drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and others relevant software.
∎ Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
∎ Manage end-to-end construction processes, from pre-construction to project handover.
∎ Monitor contractor performance, resolve disputes, and ensure contract adherence.
∎ Provide regular financial and operational reports to senior management.
∎ Risk Management & Safety Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
∎ Experience in Site civil work /Fair face/As cast concrete/BOQ/Quality control/Project safety
∎ Maintain project budget and schedule and adjust as needed
∎ Project Scheduling: Developing a detailed project schedule to ensure timely completion.
∎ Contractor Management: Managing contractors, sub-contractors and negotiating contracts with contractors, and suppliers.
∎ Site Supervision: Overseeing the construction and installation process on-site.
∎ Budget Management: Monitoring project expenses and making adjustments as needed.
∎ Communication: Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, architects, and designers to ensure smooth project flow
∎ Project Closeout: Finalizing project documentation, including as-built drawings and final payment.
