∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide day to day administration and general services to all the departments relating to logistics, office administration, housekeeping, transport, catering, construction, office maintenance, and utilities.
∎ Communication with EPZs, Police, SB, NSI & other govt. organization as and when required.
∎ Carryout necessary paper works in the office for record keeping, correspondences and updating related files and arranges timely submission of Govt. returns and payment of all bills and Govt. dues like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal etc. and maintain proper records thereof.
∎ Responsible for Transport Management and Maintenance.
∎ Ensure the day-to-day tasks such as monitoring and managing daily transport movement activities, route planning, scheduling, resource allocation and driver supervision
∎ Identify problems/defects of any vehicle of the company and ensuring quality repair and maintenance work of all vehicles through workshops by competitive and reasonable offers from different workshops
∎ Checking and ensuring maintenance of Logbooks, maintaining record and requisition by a different staff for use of administration.
∎ Keep update on the vehicle documents (tax token, fitness, insurance etc.) and make necessary arrangement of new vehicle registration
∎ Maintain liaison and coordination with BRTA, Local Police, Chittagong Port, Trade Organization, Transport Vendors, Industrial Police, Government Agencies and other parties in relation to smooth operations.
∎ Develop and manage budget, analyzing expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
∎ Maintaining a database of all company vehicles (Vehicle registration number, Registration date, Configuration of the vehicle, Tax token, Fitness, route permit renewal date, name of user, Type of fuel, and name of the driver, license no. etc.)
∎ Submission of vehicle-related important information to the management as and when required by higher management
∎ Conduct regular audits and training programs
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent oral & written Communication skill
∎ Good Interpersonal skills, Analytical ability & Leadership quality is much required.
