Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain warehouse and finished goods area, clean and keeping the records.
∎ Follow up good documentation practices and safety instructions and ensure compliance while working in warehouse.
∎ Receiving of raw materials, packing materials and prepare materials receiving reports (MRR).
∎ Recording of temperature and humidity in warehouse.
∎ Arrangements of raw and packing materials in store, according to the status.
∎ Dispensing and issue of raw and packing materials to production department as per BMR and BPR.
∎ To maintain equipment log books, area log books and entries in BMR and BPR after dispensing.
∎ Maintain warehouse keeping as per SOP.
