∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ To manage & maintain all VAT issues of Construction Unit.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare VAT challan.
∎ Maintain VAT related ledgers and relevant documents.
∎ Prepare monthly return (VAT-19) as per VAT Rules.
∎ Prepare export documents, Price declaration and all other VAT related activities properly.
∎ Estimating and tracking VAT returns.
∎ Organize and update the company’s VAT database
∎ Prepare necessary paperwork for VAT payments and returns Make Correspondence with customs authority and deal with VAT audit related activities
∎ Corresponds with others departments, including marketing and production, to understand business practices and new projects, and communicates the VAT implications of all business practices to senior company managers.
∎ Completing regular (quarterly and annual) VAT reports.
∎ Recommend VAT strategies that align with business goals.
∎ Identify VAT savings and suggest ways to increase profits.
∎ Follow industry trends and track changes related to VAT.
∎ Forecast VAT predictions to senior managers.
∎ Liaise with internal and external auditors.
