Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics from any University or Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and plan all electrical work of the factory
∎ Monitoring and planning the preventive/schedule maintenance of the compressor
∎ Organize preventive and schedule maintenance of electrical work
∎ Check and ensure the electrical work of softener plant and booster pump
∎ Organize the smooth electrical maintenance work
∎ Trouble shoot of any electrical work
∎ Ensure employee safety of the electrical section
∎ Check/ensure the electrical work of the fire hydrant pump
∎ Prepare spare parts list of the different types of m/c for different section
∎ Communicate with line manager time to time
∎ Communicate with subordinate time to time for better production and for any critical problem if require
∎ Prepare monthly duty roaster of the electrical section
∎ Teach and advise to the subordinate regarding technical related work
∎ Manpower setting, monitoring daily duty schedule, leaves & other facilities and communication with HR for official roles and regulation for smooth operation of department
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum experience 5 years for B.Sc engineer and 7-8 years for Diploma engineer in relevant area
∎ SACMI machines electrical & electronics maintenance/trouble shooting experience will be given preference
∎ Good time management skills
∎ Good managerial skills
∎ Good Communication skills
∎ Good human relations skills
∎ Strong IT skills
∎ Ability to identify problem and find solutions
∎ Ability to be a good team player and work under pressure
∎ Ability to work in multi-discipline and multi-cultural environment
