∎ BBA with HR as Major or Bachelor Degree with PGD on HR
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Transport Related:
∎ Overall Management of all Transport of the Group
∎ Coordination for movement of vehicle and Transportation Assets.
∎ Timely maintenance and repair of all vehicle like microbus, pick-up van, truck, motor cycles, cars, coaster, yacht etc
∎ Arrangement of Training & motivation to the Drivers
∎ Preparation of monthly MIS on Fuel consumption & vehicle repair/maintenance
∎ Preparation/ Updation of all relevant documents such as Registration, Insurance, Logbook, Drivers duty roster and Overtime/Holidays duties etc.
∎ Liaison with the Road Transport Authority (BRTA) and other stake holders
∎ Security Related:
∎ Management of Internal & Outsourcing all Security personnel
∎ Ensure safety & Security all personnel/premises/properties/Assets/information of Company
∎ Prepare roster duty on working days as well as holidays
∎ Ensure Physical fitness and mental alertness of security personnel through training
∎ Accurately reporting of all incidents to the Management.
∎ Liaison with Law Enforcing Agency and other Stakeholders
∎ Preparation/updation of all documents related to Security personnel & security roster duty
∎ Monitor Access Control/Check Office Card (for all employees)/Visitor Card
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management or Departmental Head time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have 6-7 years practical experience in similar position
∎ **Retired Armed forces officials having the above qualification / experience will be preferred.
