∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Cement Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules
∎ Prepared monthly roster schedule with time efficient management
∎ Time Based Maintenance & Routine Servicing of Vehicles for smooth running.
∎ Maintaining and Supervision drivers as per drivers' duty roster.
∎ Conduct weekly meetings with drivers to reduce cost and achieve of common goals of the company.
∎ Arrange maintenance of emergency works of vehicles as and when required.
∎ Monitoring and controlling of vehicle spare parts consumption.
∎ Monitoring of delivery of finished products gaining customer's satisfaction & Confidence.
∎ Taking proactive actions to ensure all the vehicle-related documents such as insurance, fitness, tax, registration papers are up to date
∎ Maintaining proper inventory level of all the required parts/components of vehicles
∎ Keeping records /logs of all the important information such as driver information, travel logs & distance, fuel, CNG consumption, accidents & other incident details, etc
∎ Prepared monthly overall summary reports
∎ Supervising the drivers regarding their duties and overall behaviors, managing their salary disbursement and other facilities as per their entitlements
∎ Focus on cost effective vehicle maintenance.
