Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) from reputed public/ private universities majoring in water related subjects can apply for this position.
∎ B.Sc with majoring in mechanical subjects can also apply for this position
∎ Science background in SSC & HSC is mandatory.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Always remain updated about water purification, Water Treatment Plant, Sea Water Treatment Plant & other home appliances products.
∎ Work in a team of Trainers & Procurement professionals under the direct supervision of the concerned person of the company in formulating & training of various field and corporate level executives with the guidance and inspiration of The Company Policy.
∎ Plan, Arrange and Schedule various successful Training Sessions for various field and corporate level executives with the guidance and inspiration of The concerned authority.
∎ Prepare and Assess Question Paper for Written Examination of Interview Process.
∎ Preparing proper strategies for each training to maximize ULTIMA products recognition.
∎ Train on ensuring the Products and Promotional Merchandise is properly displayed and clean as per company guideline.
∎ Lecturing in promotional events such as seminars, exhibitions etc. in various institutions and Guiding the corresponding team to get the maximum output.
∎ Generating activity progress reports as per preset reporting schedule and submitting to the concerned authority.
∎ Keep records (useful information) of the potential candidate and Submit to the concerned authority on a daily basis using various online tools/apps.
∎ Undertaking any other activity as assigned by his superiors from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have experience of minimum 5 years in the Trainer position of the following area(s): Training future candidates, Training Executives and Managers, Training in Campaign, Brand Promotion & Brand Research.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English.
∎ Applicants must have a good skill at team management tools and productivity applications and to be highly adaptable with new technologies.
∎ Computer Literacy: Well conversant in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Gmap, Gsheet, Gdoc, Gslides, etc.).
∎ Technologically advanced to use and train people to use new technology-based apps and services.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Monthly BDT 35,000
Job Contract Duration: Minimum 2 years.
