Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/Industrial and Production Engineering from reputed university
∎ PGD in SCM/CIPS/CSCA/CSCM/CSCP/SCM(ITC) will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the overall procurement of spare parts and technical equipments of feed mill/ hatchery/ transport/ new projects in a cost effective manner and, as per quality standards and specifications
∎ Execute purchase as per purchase order and keep proper documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
∎ Reduce cost on quoted value through vendor interaction and price negotiation
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of all spare parts and technical equipments
∎ Ensure effective utilization and optimization of storage facilities of feed mills/ hatchery/ transport/ new project by coordinating with concerned departments
∎ Prepare all kinds of bills of purchase accurately by receiving challan and submit to the Accounts Department within stipulated time frame
∎ Preprae engineering analysis of assigned job/ task/ project, as and when needed
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report and provide updates to the Line Manager timely
∎ Analyze previous purchase history and setup of reordering level
∎ Manage the sourcing of vendors in each segment and prepare contingency plan accordingly
∎ Visit market for the varification of price and quality of the product
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have excellent communication and analytical skill
∎ Have direct exposure in dealing with large number of vendors
∎ Have the ability to work under pressure and to frequently visit plant, if necessary
∎ Have experience in professional ERP software, preferably in SAP/Oracle
∎ Be efficient in using Microsoft Office applications
Salary:
∎ Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate
