Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic network optimization, including warehousing and distribution
∎ Aligning overall organizational strategy with internal and external customers with the focus on building partnerships
∎ Where to make and what to make or buy decisions
∎ Plan and build a professional supporting team
∎ Sourcing and other purchasing decisions
∎ Development of long term supply and service contracts
∎ Inventory decisions, including quantity, location, and quality of inventory
∎ Transportation strategy, including frequency, routes, and contracting
∎ Benchmarking of all operations against competitors and implementation of best practices throughout the enterprise
∎ Organizing department effectively to ensure the satisfaction of internal and external suppliers and customers
∎ Recognize and execute training and development opportunities for supporting team members
∎ Operational functions
∎ Sourcing planning, including current inventory and forecast demand, in collaboration with sales, the production team
∎ Inbound operations, including transportation from suppliers and receiving inventory
∎ Organizing freight and mobilization of service contractors to operation sites
∎ Manage vendor purchase order issuance and execution
∎ Receive, track, review and/or approve required vendor document submittals utilizing document control processes and procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3+ years experience at mid-level in relevant areas of supply chain management of any large local or Multinational company
∎ Must be proficient in strategic sourcing, contract development, and supplier management
∎ Strong preference for experience with spinning, dyeing industry
∎ Experience with integrated ERP business systems
∎ Extensive negotiation skills
∎ Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter
∎ Ability to manage a large workload with numerous demands occurring at the same time
∎ Good communication skills - verbal and written both internally and externally
∎ Strong analytical abilities
∎ Good leadership skills but also very hands-on
∎ Ability to lead a team of 2-3 persons
