Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure that all products and materials are sourced correctly, and cost-effectively & with strategic advantage from suppliers in mind.
∎ New source development for yarn & Dyes chemicals.
∎ Prepare annual budget and perform financial analysis in support of monthly, quarterly, and annual supply chain import budget.
∎ Strategic purchase for critical & new items.
∎ Optimize the working capital as well as inventory within the budget limit by maintaining optimum stock.
∎ Proactively support all SBUs in a way and means to ensure smooth purchase procedure, with an objective of having efficient stock management.
∎ Set supply chain strategy in alignment with commercial procedure.Material Requirement Planning (MRP) & Ensuring delivery of all material of business according to MRP plan.
∎ Coordinate with the Commercial department to get the documents (Invoice/PL/AWB/IP) immediately to in-house the goods on time for all concerns.
∎ Stock and pipeline analysis.
∎ Coach, mentor, motivate & supervise the supply chain management team and influence them to take positive actions and remain accountable for their assigned task.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to lead the Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations for our sweater yarns, tow, and dyes/chemical categories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, sourcing, inventory management, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted production. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills who can build and maintain relationships with both local and international suppliers, drive cost efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies. Experience in the textile/apparel manufacturing industry is essential.
