∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving indent, reviewing required quantity, current stock, and consumption pattern before preparing procurement plan.
∎ Coordinating with construction department for technical specification, samples etc.
∎ Collecting quotation and doing technical evaluation consulting with construction department before making CS.
∎ Exploring and selecting potential sources of vendor.
∎ Negotiating and preparing final CS for material.
∎ Preparing purchase orders and taking approval from respective authority.
∎ Follow up pipe line materials to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Resolving purchase differences & non-compliance with suppliers.
∎ Preparing supplier bills and submit to F & A department payment.
∎ Updating PO / INDENT register.
∎ Preparing different types of reports/statements to meet the queries of management.
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly report.
