∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / IP Engineering from any recognized university.
∎ MBA in SCM will be an added advantage

Commercial, Purchase Procurement, Steel Sector, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Supply Chain, Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the complete procurement function to ensure timely & cost-effective acquisition of raw materials, consumables & spare parts, ensuring best quality as per applicable standards.
∎ Responsible for overseeing Demand Planning, Inventory Turnover and Control / Stock Verify / Material Movement and Cost Analysis, Trend Analysis, Maintain Stock Re-order Level / Safety Stock, Market Intelligence
∎ Responsible for purchasing goods from local & foreign both sources with best quality at competitive price according to the company's policies & requirements.
∎ Ensure the specification, quality and quantity of the product according to the requisition.
∎ Sourcing, supplier selection, rate finalization, negotiation following company's procurement procedure.
∎ Ensure purchase order & on time delivery up to the destination through constant monitoring.
∎ Ensure optimum inventory level of all goods especially for raw materials.
∎ Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Commercial.
∎ Co-ordinate and maintain effective communication with plants.
∎ Prepare different type of report as per requirement of business.
∎ Lead the development and implementation of e-procurement.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management
∎ Drive the Supply Chain KPIs through the implementation of best practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having Experience in Project procurement will get preference.
∎ Experience in Steel sector will be an added advantage
∎ Sound knowledge on procuring technical equipment/materials.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
∎ Good command in MS Office/AutoCAD.
∎ Must have positive attitude & Target oriented.
