∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Structural design & drawings preparation of reinforced concrete/steel factory, commercial & residential buildings.
∎ Perform Detail Engineering Assessment (DEA) for RMG factory buildings & will have to approve them from Accord, Nirapon, BEPZA & other regulatory authority.
∎ Retrofitting design of building if required.
∎ Check all kind of structural documents and analysis files provided by consultant firm.
∎ Monitor all kind of building safety related works.
∎ Communicate with Accord, Nirapon, BEPZA & other regulatory authority for all kind of structural related issues of factories under Pacific Jeans Group.
∎ Design co-ordination with structural consultants & architects for upcoming projects of Pacific Jeans Group.
∎ Preparation of contract documents, project master schedule for upcoming projects.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have a background in designing high rise & factory buildings.
∎ Experience of structural design for both reinforced concrete building & Steel structures.
∎ Sound knowledge on BNBC 2006, BNBC 2015 (Draft), ACI, ASCE, AISC and UBC code.
∎ The candidate must be proficient in sturctrual design software likes ETABS, Staad Pro, SAP 2000, SAFE & Others.
∎ Handy in AutoCAD & MS office.
∎ Experience in preparation of DEA for ACCORD/ALLIANCE & retrofit design of structures will get preferred.
∎ IEB & CDA/RAJUK member will get preferred.
∎ Strong analytical skill and ability to work under pressure.
