∎ Age 28 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate and deal with Chinese suppliers regarding cooperation agreements and complaints about materials after analyzing.
∎ Materials consumption analysis with identifying & resolving critical issues.
∎ Processing of sending the defective materials to the supplier & getting replacement with regular tracking.
∎ Cooperating between the factory and suppliers for shortage, stock faulty, and wastage materials.
∎ Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships by analyzing service TAT and ensuring quality service.
∎ Performing internal audit by visiting CSC & ASC if required.
∎ Ensuring revenue from the after sale service department.
