Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a reputed University
∎ MBA in Marketing is preferred with B.Sc engineering background
∎ Experience in Tower design will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
River crossing tower, Sales & Marketing, steel industry, Tender Preparation, Tower Production, Transmission line
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business
∎ a) Study and analyze Tender documents for Transmission Lines/River Crossing Tower.
∎ b) Factory Visit during Inspection of products (Narayanganj) with customers
∎ c) Prepare Project Plan and Project Progress reports
∎ d) Keep liaison with present and potential customer
∎ e) Follow company policy & corporate strategies.
∎ f) Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
∎ g) Frequent visit at Client’s office (inside Dhaka)
∎ h) Site Visit (if required) at anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ i) Enhance existing Project execution process
∎ j) Co-ordinate with all related stake holders (Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance Control, Accounts, IT)
∎ Leadership
∎ a) Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
∎ b) Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
∎ Management
∎ a) Ensure maximum utilization of resources. Understanding of business environment.
∎ b) Ensure that the Finance department is given accurate information for billing if required.
∎ c) Co-ordination with CG commercial regarding invoices, L/C and Bank Guarantee.
∎ d) Assist planning, gathering, processing and analyzing information on all aspects of the customer’s business. This will include an audit into the customer’s business, personnel, issues and objectives
∎ Relationship
∎ a) Maintain good relations with clients on Tender related issue.
∎ b) Maintain good relations with Factory operations and After Sales Team
∎ c) Building trust, keeping promises, be responsible about both customers and company sensitive information and honesty towards both customer and company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of relevant Experience (Transmission Line/ River Crossing Tower)
∎ A critical thinker and problem solver. Ability to think from different perspectives.
∎ Demonstrate personal integrity, confidence, and adherence to organization culture, motivational skills, team spirit and relationship building.
∎ Experience in Project Management
∎ Experience in Sales & Marketing of Engineering products
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel (Data analysis and report preparation)
∎ Expertise in AutoCAD is a must. (MS Tower, PLS tower will add more value)
∎ Sound knowledge in Transmission Line/River Crossing tower design and project execution.
