Business development, Sales & Marketing, steel fabrication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales and marketing team.
∎ Need to earn business and collection of payment
∎ Managing and interpreting customer requirements
∎ Attending technical meeting & bids
∎ Analyzing BOQ and technical specification
∎ Analyzing costs and sales
∎ Preparing reports for head office
∎ Co-coordinating with project team
∎ Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client’s need
∎ Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
∎ Ensure continues improvement in all key performance areas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be an engineer with 5/8 years hands-on experience in direct sales of PEB, Steel Structure and able to explain customer critical technical specification of product to enhance sales drive and improve sales volume.
∎ Strong analytical ability, planning, presentation skill, negotiation skill, computer literacy, ability to work under stress, able to travel extensively and team player mentality.
∎ Self-Motivated and willing to work on targets.
∎ Business to Business selling experience (B2B) & (B2C)
∎ IT proficiency - MUST be good in MS Office package (Especially, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
