∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring daily attendance, filed tracking of Showroom, Marketing and Water Pump department.
∎ Accelerate action plans to identify market/dealers along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper target and execution.
∎ Direct and supervise the smooth and effective functioning of sales operation to drive top-line growth in existing as well as new markets and prepare an innovative sales plan to achieve higher value realization.
∎ Evaluate scope to generate new ideas and develop existing processes/systems through Management approval.
∎ Develop a strong relationship with new and existing Dealers.
∎ Monitoring sales & marketing team daily activities and achieve the sales target.
∎ Follow up all the sales and promotions activities.
∎ Follow up company bad due collection.
∎ Enforce a performance-driven culture among all employees of sales department by implementing the existing/new performance management system.
∎ To develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve dealer objectives for products and services.
∎ To keep the management updated on periodical sales progress.
∎ Frequently visit potential dealers for direct sales and achieve the sales target.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)
