Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee a wide range of mechanical maintenance and installation tasks, ensuring their timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
∎ Supervise a team of mechanical technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
∎ Take charge of diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, devising effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into overall operations.
∎ Contribute to the development of preventive maintenance schedules and strategies to enhance equipment reliability and lifespan.
∎ Monitor equipment performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
∎ Generate and maintain AutoCAD drawings and documentation, facilitating effective communication and accurate execution of mechanical projects.
∎ Prepare comprehensive material requirement reports, ensuring the availability of necessary resources for ongoing projects.
∎ Manage risk-based maintenance initiatives, identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing measures to mitigate operational risks.
∎ Maintain open communication with operators, service providers, and stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in mechanical operations, safety, and maintenance.
∎ Lead and participate in cross-functional teams focused on continuous improvement and innovation in mechanical processes.
∎ Collaborate with the management team to set production targets, allocate resources effectively, and meet project deadlines.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in mechanical engineering to drive innovation and excellence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
∎ A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, with a strong background in maintenance, installations, and operations.
∎ Solid proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software tools.
∎ Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
∎ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
∎ Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding quality standards.
∎ Sound understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
∎ Familiarity with risk management principles and their application in mechanical operations.
∎ Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards relevant to mechanical engineering.
∎ Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
∎ Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
