Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Pharm. from a reputed university with at least 05 years experiences in purchase and regulatory department in any reputed pharmaceutical company.
∎ Should have good command in English and capable of making independent correspondences both home and abroad.
∎ Should be able to work as team members with management team.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and submit recipe for registration of products at Drugs Administration.
∎ To obtain approval of price for all products from Drug Administration.
∎ To obtain prior approval of Block list/NOC for all imports and clearance permission from Drug Administration and DG Livestock.
∎ To deal with all matters relating to Drug regulatory compliance and report to the management.
∎ To ensure renewal of all other licenses and permits of the country on time and maintain the records properly.
∎ To maintain strong working relationship with DGDA, DLS and other Govt. offices.
∎ Should have basic concept about Foreign Trade regulations, Import policy, Drug Act, Customs clearance and other commercial activities.
∎ To perform any other job assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
