Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in IPE/Mechanical Engineering from any Public/Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Manufacturing and Quality, Quality control
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the production line and doing periodic Quality Control checks
∎ Implementing improvements to production processes that lead to overall increases in product quality
∎ To ensure product quality and user friendly production.
∎ To prepare Production floor manpower planning and ensure the maximum utilization of resources.
∎ To supervise Production.
∎ To maintain floor wise production process.
∎ To prepare everyday production QC reports.
∎ To plan and execute quality improvement activities on the line.
∎ To inculcate quality awareness among workforce.
∎ To seek new in-process testing & methods to improve products quality, minimize process rejection & scraps.
∎ To attend to customer complaint and warranty claims if is required.
∎ To liaise with Production, R&D, Engineering and Product QA on improvement activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in production of Fridge.
∎ Practical Experience in Production of Fridge.
∎ For practical experience person, extra ordinary experts, company will consider the applicant academic status.
