∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Budgeting Cost Estimation, Construction cost estimation, Cost Analysis, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Price/Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
∎ Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
∎ Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
∎ Measure and value the work done on site
∎ Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s) experience in similar kinds of work like estimation, BOQ preparation & costing/offer preparation related works.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Auto CAD, MS Office application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project).
∎ Should have knowledge on understanding of construction drawing and should be able to relate layout in construction field.
∎ Capability of quick learning, self-planning and decision-making.
