∎ Age 34 to 38 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Management of the team ensuring high performance and productivity
∎ Identify cost saving opportunities that will enhance the profitability of the company
∎ Data analysis and reporting including monitoring mechanisms that identifies savings achieved by category and supplier.
∎ Develop and build relationships with existing suppliers and create relationships with new suppliers
∎ Communicate to suppliers the needs and expectations of the company and monitoring supplier performance in line with KPI's, contractual obligations, and service level agreements
∎ Assist in the development and achievement of departmental goals and objectives
∎ Ensure compliance of established purchasing policies and procedures. Conduct ongoing reviews of same and implement continuous improvements where required.
∎ Supplier reviews and audits.
∎ Prepare MIS and weekly / monthly review with Reporting Managers / Sr. Management
∎ Perform any other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time by the Supervisor.
∎ Excellent Leadership ability
∎ Analyze applicability and impact of taxes and duties on procurement items with respect to different sourcing locations.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and organization skills with a high demonstrable level of integrity and confidentiality.
∎ Proven Negotiation skills- Basic knowledge of transport, insurance, supplier market and L/C.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Advance IT skill (especially in Excel, Pivot, Words…etc.);
