∎ Age 28 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and source machineries required for the production of food items and accessories.
∎ Evaluate vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure the best quality and cost efficiency.
∎ Develop detailed timelines and action plans (T&A) for all projects.
∎ Monitor and track project milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
∎ Report on project progress and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
∎ Liaise with real estate agents, property owners, and local authorities to source land.
∎ Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to the company's projects.
∎ Present findings and recommendations to Chairman.
∎ Maintain regular communication with factory to ensure project alignment.
∎ Address any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle.
∎ Ensure that factory operations are synchronized with project requirements and timelines.
∎ Gather and analyze market data for zipper items, lingerie items, food items, and other relevant products.
∎ Compile and present data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
