Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Must have good typing speed (Both Bangla English).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Foreign procurement, Medical Equipment, Purchase/ Procurement

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for purchase and procurement from local & foreign sources with best quality materials at competitive price according to the company's policies & requirements.
∎ Liaison with all type of product suppliers/ vendors/Company.
∎ Facilitate sourcing and on-boarding of supplier.
∎ Identify new product prospects through data-driven analysis on the market.
∎ Check requisition daily and buy the product as per requisition.
∎ Ensure the specification, quality and quantity of the product according to a material requisition.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of all material as per requisition.
∎ Assist in preparation & verification of purchase deed work orders.
∎ Maintain a supply chain network and strategic relationships with key suppliers, ensure suppliers are accredited on to the Supplier database, and are aligned with the companies Ethics Code of Conduct.
∎ Keep up to date stock entry & stock out, product reference update & preparing purchase policy.
∎ Assist in arranging Credit Purchase and manage payment and billings.
∎ Assist the Team Leader to run the purchase and procurement Project Team, including personnel, planning, approvals, policies, procedures, compliance, and reporting.
∎ Coordinate and maintain effective communication with all departments for delivering incoming goods.
