Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Reporting and Documentation, Workforce Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle team of 15-30 call center executives including rostering and manage their projects
∎ Prepare Daily/Weekly and Monthly report
∎ Daily briefing, coaching, product & process training and other TNI
∎ Outbound Sales process mandate including customer communication
∎ Building business relationships with clients

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English.
∎ Fluency in English
∎ Must have worked as Team Leader in International Voice/Non Voice Process.
∎ Should have clear idea about KPI's and KRA's
∎ In-depth knowledge of operations metrics specially CSAT, Attrition, Shrinkage
∎ Strong command over spreadsheet applications; i.e: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet
