Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle team of 15-30 call center executives including rostering and manage their projects
∎ Prepare Daily/Weekly and Monthly report
∎ Daily briefing, coaching, product & process training and other TNI
∎ Outbound Sales process mandate including customer communication
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English.
∎ Must have worked as Team Leader in International Voice/Non Voice Process.
∎ Should have clear idea about KPI's and KRA's
∎ In-depth knowledge of operations metrics specially CSAT, Attrition, Shrinkage
Salary:
