∎ Skills Required: Ability to effectively present information and respond to customers, Being computer literate, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Service, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Logistic Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding, Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides excellent service to nominated/assigned accounts from shipment booking to arrival at destination.
∎ Collecting rate from carrier/NVOCC, vendors and offer to customers including approval process.
∎ Selecting right carriers for specific lanes and book the container by maintaining a proactive vessel schedule.
∎ Maintains contact with suppliers and resolves arising issues. Consults and assists vendors for any occurring issue.
∎ Updates the vessel schedule to customers weekly basis.
∎ Inform to customers in case of delay the shipment with proper/specific reasons.
∎ Provides supervision and control over operation field staff if required.
∎ Provide monthly/weekly requested reports to managers.
∎ Motivated and develop team members to accomplish the job on time.
∎ Visit shipping line/ Co loader for business development and easier to communicate with them to increase buying capacity.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned by company.

∎ Age 24 to 35 years
