Job Responsibilities:
∎ In-charge Admin to accomplish any Admin related task
∎ Supervise the responsibility of PABX and report to Manager Admin & GM-Operation & Administration.
∎ Supervise the responsibility of Cloak Room and report to Manager Admin& Security.
∎ Work as coordinator of Catering and F&B department and report to GM- Operation & Administration and in absence of GM- Operation & Administration report to Manager, Admin.
∎ Ensure that PABX supervisors prepare their duty roster properly.
∎ Ensure that patients/ attendants/ staff are evacuated from the elevators in coordination with in-charge mechanical department & lift operators in case power failure /mechanical faults.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of Nurses Hostel in coordination with DCNO and Hostel supervisors.
∎ Monitor the duty of the peons.
∎ Ensure that the Admin Area Offices are secured locked and cleaned
∎ Supervise the Guest Cafeteria and ensure proper service & cleanliness. In case of any deviation report to Manager F&B and GM- Operation & Administration.
∎ Supervise transport coordinator’s job in absence of the transport coordinator.
∎ Supervise the distribution of food to patients and staff
∎ Fill up the gap of management whenever and wherever required
∎ In addition to the housekeeping and cleaning department monitor the cleanliness process of the hospital premises and ensures cleanliness of whole hospital including all offices in coordination with Manager Housekeeping.
∎ Ensure that Generator Room, Sub Station, AC Plant & Water purification Plant is functioning well through their respective management
∎ Visiting Hours: Supervise that the visiting hours and visitor’s policy must be followed and the patient relatives are minimized all over the hospital.
∎ Handle any emergency in coordination with Manager Admin& security and GM- Operation & Administration.
∎ Handle any death case if required in coordination with duty managers.
∎ Coordination and liaison: To make and liaison with different departments to avoid any incidence and inconveniences to the hospital.
∎ In absence of Manager Admin & Security he will take over all kinds of administrative job.
∎ Ensure all kinds of protocol regarding VIP patients and others
∎ Ensure the leave management of office peons
∎ Keep records the leave of Admin Dept.
∎ Being an In-charge Admin he is a member of Vendor selection committee of kitchen and F&B department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of working in a Hospital as Duty manager/administrator
∎ The ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situation in a sensitive and creative manner
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Excellent problem solving skill
∎ Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues
∎ Language skills both in Bangla and English
