Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and Balance: Develop and use plans to make sure we have the correct number of service experts available, so we can give excellent service to all our customers.
∎ Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of service quality, ensuring that every customer receives on-time and professional assistance for their AC, HVAC, and Refrigerator needs.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement within the service processes, implementing innovative solutions to elevate operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Lead and Help: Be in charge of a team of service experts. Help and teach them, and make sure we all work together well and get good results.
∎ Know Your Stuff: Use your experience with AC, HVAC, and Refrigerator systems to guide your team and customers when they need technical help.
∎ Solve Problems: When things go wrong, use what you know to figure out what's happening and find good ways to fix the problems and make things right.
∎ Installation, maintenance, and repair (AC/Chiller/Cooling Tower/AHU/HVAC).
∎ Servicing all air-conditioning systems including AC installation, servicing, repair and replacement of parts.
∎ AC Compressor Installation and repair
∎ Old AC/Fridge repair and painting.
∎ Participate in the preventive maintenance schedule and perform minor calibrations.
∎ Performing system checks, system troubleshooting, and AC recovery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age upto 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ As per Company Policy
