Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle CS team efficiently and look after nominated and local retailers account skillfully.
∎ Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
∎ Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
∎ Resolve customer complaints or issues in a satisfactory and timely manner.
∎ Maintain customer records, update databases, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
∎ Identify and escalate complex customer issues to appropriate personnel for resolution.
∎ Strive to achieve customer satisfaction targets and meet performance metrics.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
