∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering

∎ Educational qualification may considerable for experienced personnel.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Maintenance Team of different wings, i.e. Electrical, Mechanical & Civil.
∎ Work on energy consumption efficiency.
∎ Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and assigned job to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works.
∎ Daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of factory.
∎ Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities and lead the team to deliver effectively.
∎ Schedule both internal and external works maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.
∎ Manage the team to ensure machine availability, re-actively managing dysfunctional machinery with the shift management.
∎ Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, its commissioning and installation properly.
∎ Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
∎ Perform on Fire Safety, Electric Safety, Mechanical Safety, Structural Safety & Environmental Safety related issues.
∎ Monitoring energy, water and waste management system.
∎ Implementing company safety rules, regulations and standard operating procedures OHS in accordance with Compliance Team.
∎ Any other works assigned by higher management
