Commercial, Commercial/ Purchase, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Logistics Management
Job Context:

∎ Work Shift:Day Shift 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM (including one hour break);
∎ Six days working (week off: Friday)
∎ Overtime: Overtime will be paid as per Govt. rules if a person is required to do overtime as per work requirement.
∎ OT Facilities: Free Snacks during Overtime.
∎ English Proficiency: High Level
∎ Quality: Positive, active, careful, good communication, expression, coordination,execution, and compression ability; can adapt to clean workshop working environment & should be ready to adhere to Company Culture and Policies.
∎ Preference: Who can join us as soon as possible. Should be ready to accept challenges and have the desire to learn new skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling all kind of L/C related Documents,
∎ Knowledgeable of BOE, Bill of Exchange, BL, LCA, LC Amendment, and CO (certificate of origin).
∎ Insurance cover note, policy, bill processing, claim function
∎ Sound knowledge about customs clearance documents.
∎ Shipment schedule follow-up with freight forwarder
∎ Prepare reports as per management requirement.
∎ Must have expertise in MS Excel
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ To keep & maintain export related records.
∎ Able to manage any other commercial related work assigned by Top Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Preferred candidate having experience of Manufacturing Unit Electronics
∎ Excellent knowledge about Import procedure of Bangladesh.
∎ MS OFFICE EXPERT.
∎ REPORT MAKING SKILLS HIGHLY REQUIRED.
