Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Inventory management, Raw material inventory, Store Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Store/ inventory, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate/Review standard Warehouse management SOP & Planning time to time.
∎ Supervise & monitor the operational activities of Store office & store keeper.
∎ Ensure accurate documentation by thoroughly checking of all master & site ledger, register, Books & reports.
∎ Prepared various types of reports regarding Store.
∎ Ensure proper Co-operation and Co-ordination with store, Supply Chain Management, Engineering department regarding Warehouse issues.
∎ To ensure regular availabilities of materials in store, maintains appropriate level of inventory all the time in the store.
∎ Monitoring issuing materials against approved requisition and ensures control through established internal control.
∎ Control in data based management competent to handle audit from any parties.
∎ Trained all the store keepers and officers on departmental Issues.
∎ Supervised & monitoring Daily labor for housekeeping of Warehouse & Site Store.
∎ To arrange physical counting time to time of warehouse & Site store materials.
∎ Coordinate Construction dept for materials requirements & disbursements as daily basis.
∎ Arrange unloading for unsettled items through labor.
∎ To communicate QC dept for materials checking in daily which delivered night?
∎ And any other job assign by the departmental head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
∎ Bookkeeping skills/store/bin management.
∎ Analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Decision making skills.
∎ Computer skills including ERP programs familiar at proficient level.
∎ Personal Attributes:
∎ The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:
∎ Be honest, trustworthy and flexible.
∎ Be respectful to the job.
∎ Demonstrate sound work ethics.
∎ Mental & physical ability to work & reside in construction site.
∎ Maintain all receivable & issue document properly.
