Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR & Admin routine works.
∎ Entire Admin activities and keep monitoring of security & other issues.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer.
∎ Managerial/large team handling skill.
∎ Good communication knowledge.
∎ Time management skill.
∎ Payroll Managerial/large team handling skill
∎ Should aware of the daily updates or changes in the government rules, regulations & payroll taxes.
∎ Team Management Skill.
∎ Hiring people by using various resources and match with company culture and requirement.
∎ Able to manage virus department in harmonious manner to work in a team.
∎ Keep employee intelligence work and match with company targets and improve department policies and performances
∎ Having practical knowledge of Bangladesh Labor and other applicable law & rules related to HR.
