∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounts, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance & Banking, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Computer skill
Job Context:
∎ REPORTING TO: Managing Director
∎ Responsible for fund management, Banking Issue, inventory, Business planning analysis & Cost control.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience with MS Word & MS Excel.
∎ Prepare and maintain daily expenditures, vouchers, and daily cash/bank transactions.
∎ Updating day-to-day transactions
∎ Checking documents of petty cash expenses and preparing the summary for payments.
∎ Proper documentation and file management.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly reports with periodical analytical reports to Management.
∎ Closing of daily cash book with breakup and denominations before departure
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) Accounts, Cash Management,
∎ Strong communication and management skills with desired computer literacy.
∎ Should have knowledge about VAT & Tax
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
